THE CHANNEL HOUSE

Set in 2 acres of mature, tropical gardens and a mere 18 yards from the empty white sandy beach. The house is raised above the natural ground level, catching sea breezes all year round and allowing superb views out over remarkable turquoise waters of the Leeward-Going-Through Channel, and on to the ocean reefs of Grace Bay.

ACCOMODATION

The Channel House sleeps 8 people in two King sized bedrooms and two double bedrooms. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and the two lower bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The kitchen is generously equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, larder fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

Meals can be eaten inside or outside on the large decking terrace with sun loungers, occasional chairs, and a shaded dining area. The height of this terrace allows spectacular views over the water and gardens and there is a gas fired barbeque.

There is a separate laundry room below the house, with a modern washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

Staff: Weekly maid service is included and additional days can be arranged at extra charge.
